Her area of experience includes but is not limited to: ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Borderline Personality Disorder (emotional distress, suicidal ideation and self-harm), Depression and Intellectual Disabilities.
Aleksandra loves working with kids and adolescents, but also adults who have a strong desire to question and understand themselves in their own unique ways. Aleksandra speaks English and Polish.

Vimal

Vimal has completed a Master of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from the University of Otago.
Vimal is passionate about working with people from all walks of life, including children and
adults. Known for her warm therapeutic approach, Vimal strives to support people who are navigating challenges in their lives by drawing upon their unique strengths. She prides herself iin her ability to take a holistic and person-centered approach when working with clients.
In her previous roles, Vimal has worked in pediatric outpatient settings, community mental health teams and has done case manager work. She utilises theoretical frameworks including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Vimal has experience working with various presentations including anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, ADHD, and Autism.
In her spare time, Vimal enjoys spending time with family, going for walks and painting. She is fluent in English and Punjabi.

Daniela

Daniela is passionate about working with a wide range of individuals and being able to help foster positive change and growth in their lives. She has a warm personality and utilised evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create an inviting environment to best support the specific needs of the individual.
She has a large amount of experience and passion working with kids and adolescence, and with various presentations, including ASD, ADHD, anxiety concerns (including, generalised anxiety, separation anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder), depressive disorders, and personality disorders (such as, BPD). Daniela has also regularly worked with adults and has the experience and a passion for working with trauma presentations.

Amber

Amber is heavily passionate about early intervention, person-centred wellbeing and approaching individuals with a holistic view. She strives to empower people to take control of their own life and provide them with the skills necessary to make a positive change.
She has experience working with autism in the 4-6 year old age range, assisting with early intervention, communication, conflict resolution and the delivery of evidence-based programs. Amber has also helped adults with mental health conditions develop individual recovery-oriented psychosocial support plans with short and long-term goals; centred around improving independent and functional living skills to increase overall quality of life.

Ben is a provisional psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology. He values understanding each client’s unique perspective and strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported. Ben fosters strong therapeutic relationships through a collaborative approach, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
Ben is passionate about working with people of all ages who are experiencing challenges related to self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, and ASD. Rebecca

Rebecca obtained her psychology degree through The University of Adelaide and The Australian Institute of Psychology. After studying, she worked in the therapeutic space (registered under AHPRA) from 2018 until gaining her full registration.
Rebecca has worked within both private and public sectors (EAP and the employment sector) before moving to work that focused on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and working with Borderline Personality Disorder. This experience over the years has allowed Rebecca to develop her skills by seeing a wide range and scope of very complex presentations.

Stephanie
Psychologist, Manager of Clinical Programs & Operations | Adelaide, SA
Stephanie is a Registered Psychologist and the Clinical Lead of Psychology Program at PsychPhys™. She has a passion for supporting individuals who are experiencing mental health concerns, difficulties with anger regulation, and addiction. Stephanie also has experience supporting neurodiverse individuals of all ages in a collaborative and empathetic manner.
Stephanie has experience administering a number of diagnostic assessments, supporting her clients to improve their understanding of themselves and their support needs. She previously worked in a forensic setting, providing services to adult male offenders in custody. Stephanie prides herself in creating a supportive and non-judgemental space where her clients feel safe and comfortable.
